How the Infomage RIMS Group handles your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
The Infomage RIMS Group (IRG) and its group companies respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the qualification or service you are interested in, and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, give you information about our qualifications and services, book assessments or training you ask about, and meet our legal obligations. We process it with your consent, which you give on the enquiry form.
Sharing and security
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with IRG group companies that need it to help you, with service providers who deliver our enquiry emails (who must keep it confidential), and with regulators such as the QCTO or SETAs where the law requires. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure and keep it only as long as we need it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You may also request access to our records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA). Contact our Information Officer:
